Winzele Electric offers advanced Dynamic Voltage Restorer (DVR) systems designed to protect sensitive industrial processes and critical equipment from voltage sags, swells, interruptions, and other power supply disturbances. Voltage sags—even those lasting only a few cycles—can cause costly production downtime, equipment damage, data loss, and product quality issues in automated manufacturing, semiconductor fabrication, pharmaceutical processing, and other high-value industries.

Our DVR system operates by continuously monitoring the incoming utility supply voltage. When a voltage sag or disturbance is detected, the DVR injects the missing voltage in real time, restoring the load voltage to its nominal value within milliseconds—fast enough to prevent PLCs, variable frequency drives, servo motors, and other sensitive electronics from tripping or malfunctioning. The system employs IGBT-based PWM inverter technology and energy storage (typically capacitor-based or battery-backed) to provide clean, regulated output throughout the disturbance event.
