Frequently Asked Questions

1. What size voltage stabilizer do I need?

As a rule of thumb, choose a stabilizer rated 25–30% higher than your total load to accommodate startup surges and future expansion. For example, if your equipment draws 40KVA, a 50KVA or 60KVA stabilizer is recommended. Refer to the selection guide table above for rough application matching.

2. Can I use a 440V voltage stabilizer for 380V input?

Yes. Most of our stabilizers have a wide input voltage range (typically ±20% to ±30%). A model rated for 440V input can handle 380V without issues. However, please confirm the exact input range with our sales team so we can preset the correct tap settings before shipping.

3. What is the difference between servo type and relay type?

Servo type uses a motor-driven variable transformer for smooth, precise voltage regulation (±1% accuracy) and is ideal for sensitive industrial equipment. Relay type uses tap-switching relays, which are more affordable but offer coarser regulation (±5-10% accuracy) — suitable for less sensitive loads like lighting and motors.

4. Do you ship to Mexico / the US / the Philippines?

Yes. We export to over 60 countries including Mexico, the United States, Colombia, the Philippines, Indonesia, and across Latin America and Southeast Asia. We can customize voltage (440V/480V/220V/110V), frequency (50Hz/60Hz), plug types, and panel labels for your local market. Typical lead time is 15–30 working days.

5. What is the warranty period?

We offer a standard 12-month warranty from date of shipment, covering manufacturing defects. Extended warranty options are available on request. Our technical support team provides remote troubleshooting and spare parts dispatch worldwide.
