Introduction

The SJ Semiconductor packaging production line uses two 500KVA industrial voltage stabilization systems to provide stable power input for the UPS systems of critical production equipment.

Because semiconductor packaging equipment widely uses imported precision equipment, some of which adopts a three-phase 200V power supply standard, while on-site industrial power is usually three-phase 380V, this project uses a semiconductor equipment voltage stabilizer solution to achieve power stabilization and voltage adaptation, providing a stable power supply environment that meets equipment requirements for the production line.

Some imported semiconductor equipment from Japan adopts a three-phase 200V power supply system.

Manufacturing and Production Capability

As an industrial voltage stabilizer manufacturer, Winzele undertakes the complete process from solution design, equipment manufacturing and factory inspection to on-site installation and commissioning. The stabilization systems were produced in Winzele’s own factory, with core manufacturing processes including copper winding and transformer structure, internal electrical assembly and complete cabinet assembly, and factory verification was completed according to project requirements.
