Introduction
In Volkswagen’s new energy vehicle production, Battery PACK related equipment, automated production systems and precision control equipment form a production environment with high requirements for power supply stability (EV Battery PACK manufacturing environment). This project is located at the FAW-Volkswagen East China Production Base and serves the Battery PACK related production power supply system for the E-Bora new energy vehicle model.
Industrial production relies on stable and reliable power supply. Power supply voltage fluctuation may affect equipment operation stability and production continuity, so voltage fluctuation protection is an important foundation for continuous manufacturing environments.

According to project technical requirements, the 1200KVA stabilization system is configured with a Siemens 7KM PAC4200 multifunction power meter for industrial electrical parameter monitoring and operation status management.
Based on the industrial production environment requirements of this project, the meter monitors voltage, current, power and other operating parameters, providing electrical data support for operation status management of the production power supply system. As an internationally recognized industrial measurement component, the Siemens 7KM PAC4200 was selected and integrated according to project technical requirements.
Busbar Integration and Power Connection Design
The 1200KVA voltage stabilizer in this project adopts a top-entry/top-exit dense busbar connection structure, designed according to the power distribution system layout of the new energy vehicle production plant. The customized copper busbar interface is matched with the on-site low-voltage distribution system to meet large-capacity power connection requirements.
The stabilizer connects to the production plant power supply circuit through dense busbars, and the stabilized output is fed to Battery PACK related production equipment and automation systems. Electrical connections are determined according to the on-site power distribution system arrangement.
