Product Introduction

The inductive voltage regulator is based on the electromagnetic working principle of the motor and transformer. It changes the inductive electromotive force of the secondary winding by changing the cross-linked magnetic flux between the rotor and the stator to obtain the regulated output voltage. At the same time, the voltage regulation unit can be controlled locally and remotely through external control devices such as inverters or PLCs to perform voltage step-up and step-down and set voltage stabilization. The output voltage has the characteristics of smooth regulation, no waveform distortion, high power tolerance, and a wide adjustable range.

 

Product functions and features

The system structure is similar to that of a general wire-wound asynchronous motor, but because it often works in a braking state, its working principle is actually similar to that of a transformer. The supercharger is equipped with a worm gear transmission mechanism to cause the rotor to produce angular displacement or brake the rotor. When the relative angular position of the rotor changes, for a single-phase supercharger, the cross-linked magnetic flux between the stator winding and the rotor winding is changed, causing the induced potential of the secondary winding to change; for a three-phase supercharger, the induced potential phase on the stator winding and the rotor winding is changed, and the output voltage is also smoothly and steplessly changed by connecting the autocoupled circuit.
