Winzele Low Voltage Static Var Generators are designed for AC distribution systems rated up to and including 690 V. They are installed on the low-voltage side of the transformer, such as the LV main busbar, distribution cabinet, branch feeder, or near rapidly changing loads.
The SVG provides fast, stepless capacitive and inductive reactive power compensation to improve power factor and stabilize low-voltage distribution performance. This product category is intended for 400 V, 480 V, 690 V and other low-voltage systems. It is not a 6 kV or 10 kV medium-/high-voltage SVG.
