200kVA IGBT Static Voltage Stabilizer for Precision Electronics Factory in Vietnam
Project Overview
DONGKWANG COMPANY LIMITED is a Korean-invested precision electronics manufacturer. Its production facility in Vietnam was newly built, and at the time of this project the surrounding utility supply was not yet fully stable — the incoming power showed both voltage fluctuation and frequency deviation.
For this project, WINZPOWER manufactured and supplied a 200kVA WPZ33200 IGBT Static Automatic Voltage Stabilizer to provide a stable 380V / 50Hz supply for the factory’s precision electronic manufacturing equipment.

Power Quality Challenge & IGBT Solution
The factory’s precision electronic equipment requires a stable 380V / 50Hz supply, but neither parameter was stable on the local grid.
For this application, voltage regulation alone was not sufficient because the customer’s equipment required both stable voltage and a fixed 50Hz supply. The 200kVA IGBT system was therefore selected to regulate the voltage and provide a fixed 50Hz output.

Manufacturing and Equipment
The 200kVA unit was manufactured, assembled, wired, inspected and tested at the WINZPOWER factory before shipment to Vietnam in 2023.

Factory Testing Under Simulated Grid Disturbances
Before shipment, the completed unit was tested at the WINZPOWER factory against an adjustable grid simulator, which reproduced the disturbed input conditions of an unstable utility supply.

Load Testing

Installation and Project Result
On September 27, 2023, a WINZPOWER engineer carried out the on-site installation and commissioning at the DONGKWANG facility in Vietnam.
After commissioning, the system provided the required stable 380V / 50Hz supply under the site’s fluctuating grid conditions, and the stabilization performance was recognized by the customer.
