Product Introduction

The BK series low-voltage control transformer is a single-phase isolation transformer, generally used as the control power supply, lighting and indicator light power supply of the secondary circuit in various machine tools and mechanical equipment; it is also used as the main power supply for the control system. Input voltage 110V, 220V, 380V,400,440,480, 690V (customers can set their own voltage) Output voltage 6V, 6.3V, 9V, 12V, 24V, 48V, 100V, 110V, 120V, 220V (customers can set their own voltage) The winding adopts the whole-row winding method; the transformer is vacuum-impregnated with paint to make the insulation grade of the transformer reach H grade, and the product performance reaches the advanced domestic and foreign levels. The JBK5 series machine tool control transformer must be an isolation transformer rather than an autotransformer, otherwise it will not only fail to maintain the equipment, but may also cause personal electric shock hazards to the operator.

 

Product functions and features

The core material of the BK series low-voltage control transformer is high-quality high-silicon silicon steel sheet, and the conductor is resistant to 180 degrees and 2500V (relative to 5000V), which effectively reduces the loss of the product during operation and ensures the stability of the product. Vacuum varnishing and H-class insulation materials are used in production, which greatly reduces the hidden dangers of insulation withstand voltage and greatly improves the safety and service life of the product.
The BK5 series low-voltage control transformer is a single-phase multi-winding open-type transformer.
