Product Introduction
SBW/DBW MCU (Microcontroller Unit) control intelligent Compensation three-phase/single-phase AC voltage stabilizer series is newly designed big power AC voltage stabilizer for the global market. Its basic technology came from the updated international AC stabilizer field.
Working principle
DBW/SBW series single/three-phase full automatic compensation type voltage regulators are used to stabilize the fluctuating voltage caused by a unstable power supply or load change. Compared with other voltage regulators, this series of products are noted for their big capacity, high efficiency, low waveform distortion, smooth voltage regulation. This series products can be applied to various loads, to bear instant overload, to work for a long period continuously. This series products have the following functions: manual/auto switch, over voltage protection, phase-lost protection, phase-order protection and mechanical fault protection. The products are small, light, easy to install, and work reliably. (There are digital display and instrument display two types).
Voltage regulation principle
The primary winding connection of control and transforming voltage regulator TVV is in Y shape connected to the output end of the voltage stabilizer and connecting with the primary winding of compensating transformer TBa, but the secondary winding of the compensating transformer TBa is series-connected in the main circuit, Taking phase A as an example to indicate the working principle of the voltage stabilizing as shown in Fig.1. If the voltage drop of the impedance of the compensating transformer is negligible, it can be see from the picture above:
Uao= Uai + UBa The principle is: when input voltage Uai of phase A increases △Uai compensating voltage Uba correspondingly changes △Uba and when △Uai is equal to-△Uba ,output voltage Uao of phase A keeps no change, and phase B and phase C is the same as phase A.
The process of the voltage stabilizing is: depending on the variation of the output voltage, voltage measuring unit obtains the sample of such variation, measures it and outputs the signal to control SM operation of the servo-motor, through the speed-reducer and chain wheel, to make the brush set sliding or rolling on voltage regulator TVV to regulate the secondary voltage of TVV so as to change the polarity and size of the compensating voltage and assure that the output voltage is automatically stabilized within the allowable setting accuracy range of the voltage stabilizing, thus achieving the automatic voltage stabilizing.
