01. What is Your After-sales Service?

1) Pre-Installation Service
Our products come with a manual for installation and operation.
2) User Training
Please follow the manual to install and operate our products, our products must be installed by a qualified electrician.
3) Warranty Service
Under normal operation, the replacement of the specific defective part is free within the warranty, however, there will be extra charge if the malfunction or defective part is caused by user improper operation.
4) Online Support
Considering the distance between us, we always suggest our customers using online support, you can call us, write to us and text us about the problem you have encountered, the videos and pictures of malfunction or defective are important for us.
5) Return/Replacement
Our products are not fast-moving consumer goods and they're usually big in size and heavy in weight, considering the freight, import procedures, taxes and duties, the entire device return is not acceptable. However, the replacement of the specific defective part is available.
6) Upgrade Service
Our products are custom-built based on formal order specific requirements, once they are confirmed and assembled, upgrades are not available.

02. Do You Offer Installation Service?

Generally we do not send our own installers to customer's site, because the products are easy to install, moreover, we will provide installation guide and technical support. Last but not least, the VISA is always an uncertain factor.
If you must need our on-site installation service, we will charge these fees: installation and commissioning labor cost (USD150/Person/Day), visa application (non-refundable if visa application is failed), round-trip airfare, personal insurance and accommodation.

03. What Payment Terms & Methods do You Accept?

Generally we accept payments in US dollars, Euros and CNY (if you have Chinese friends who can pay for you).
Payment Terms: 50% before production, the balance before shipment.
Payments can be made using following methods:
T/T (Wire Transfer, Electronic Bank Transfer): Ideally all payments should be made by T/T. Details of the account to which payment should be made are clearly identified on our Proforma Invoices.
L/C (Letter of Credit): As a general rule we do not accept payment by Letter of Credit unless the order value is in excess of US $50,000. Of course, for countries, like Bangladesh, must use L/C to import goods, we can negotiate in details.
Western Union: For sample orders or small amount orders.
Credit Card: For Alibaba Trade Assurance orders.
Cash: You can pay us in cash if you're in China.
Wechat Pay and Alipay.

04. Can I be Your Distributor?

We are currently expanding our distributor network throughout the world, every year we are contacted with many requests from prospective customers wishing to market our products. We are very careful as to whom we choose to represent the WINZPOWER brand and associated solutions.

Businesses must be prepared to demonstrate a high level of commitment to our solutions and be suitably qualified to sell, support and ideally ultimately stock appropriate products.

05. How do I Get a Quote? How Long It Will Take?

All requests for a Quote or Price should be made directly to ourselves. You can get a quote or price via these methods: E-mail, Telephone, Cellphone, WhatsApp, Wechat, etc. If your requirements are very simple and specific, you can get a quote within minutes, but at certain times this may take slightly longer, especially if multiple options and / or additional freight costs are requested.

06. Can I Get a Price List of Your Products?

Strict company policy does not permit the issue of product Price Lists other than to authorized resellers / distributors or for specific client project requirements. If you would like to give us details of your specific requirement, we would be happy to quote you accordingly.
