The WVFP series variable frequency power supply is also a power frequency converter, which converts the different frequencies of the grid input to the power frequency (50Hz 60Hz 400Hz) that the user wants to use. Of course, WVFP can also adjust the output voltage (L-N 0-300Vac L-L 0-520Vac). With a WVFP, you can simulate the power grid of any country and use it in any country.

 

Working principle

 

WVFP series variable frequency power supply is designed based on the working principle of AC-DC-AC inverter loop. The first stage AC-DC conversion adopts three-phase full-bridge rectification mode to convert the input AC voltage into DC voltage; the second stage DC-AC inverter consists of high-power insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT), imported Mitsubishi IGBT drive unit and high-voltage non-inductive capacitor protection circuit. Based on the advanced and mature 2-level full-bridge inverter circuit, the control adopts advanced sinusoidal pulse width modulation (SPWM) and space vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM) technology to convert the DC bus voltage into an AC voltage source with arbitrary frequency and voltage adjustment through inverter technology. In order to purify the power grid and reduce the impact of the variable frequency power rectifier on the power grid, the rectifier of the variable frequency power supply can be upgraded from the traditional 6-pulse to 12-pulse and 18-pulse rectification, which effectively reduces the impact of the power grid. Active rectifier and filter unit can also be used.
